Timeline: Construction in 16 weeks

Step 1: Site Visit

We'll come meet you, have a look around and make sure that we have a thorough understanding of your intentions and needs.

Step 2: Bid

You are sent a competitave bid for our services.

Step 3: Survey

We'll return to your site and make a detailed survey as a basis for your design. Time: 1 week

Step 4: Initial Design

Working with you every step of the way, we take what we've learned from our previous visits, and create a design tailored to your project's production, regulatory and physical requirements. Time: 3-5 weeks

Step 5: Regulatory Submittal and Final Design

With an initial design complete, we handle all the necessary paperwork to submit your project for any necessary government permits. Your design is finalized as we tune it to meet specifications. Time: 5-8 weeks

Step 6: Regulatory Approval and Contractor Bidding

While awaiting permit approval, bid documents are prepaired and copies of your design are sent to area contractors for bidding. Time: 8-16 weeks

Step 7: Construction Begins

By week 16, you will have chosen a contractor and work will be under way! We make frequent visits during this stage to ensure that everything goes smoothly, and can make on-the-fly changes to the design when difficulties arise.

Step 8: As-built Survey & Final Certification

We perform an "As-built" survey to assess conformity with design specifications before releasing any contractors from their obligation. Once the construction has been approved we certify your facility to meet regulatory requirements. The process is now complete! Time: 16-20 weeks
